Udpcast 20250223 is released.

This is mainly a maintenance release fixing compilation, with only one minor functionality difference: display of downloaded file size works now for big files on 32 bit.

More details: * new @sbindir@ variable in Makefile to be able to set /sbin directory independently of the others * fixed display of huge numbers in stats display * Fixed alignment warnings in socklib * MacOS and Solaris compatibility * clarify documentation of --mcast-rdv-address
