Hi,
I have a small switched network of 25 machines, with a Linux box sharing a PPPoE connection. I'm using udpcast to transfer files to several machines at once using multicast. It works great, however, the other machines can't access internet during the transfer.
I've googled around and seen several posts related to multicast and internet problems, tough not solutions.
Perhaps you can help me.
Thanks in advance.

Probably, you're local network just is saturated during the transfer. Try using the --max-bitrate option on udp-sender to leave some bandrate for non-udpcast traffic
