This is now implemented in version 20110710 (for the CD and USB images. It's not present on floppy images for now for space reasons).
If sender is chosen, and if sender didn't get itself its IP address via DHCP, it now proposes to start a boot server (tftp + dhcpd) off which receivers can boot.
