[Udpcast] (no subject)

Good afternoon, Can you use the windows version of UDPCast from a command line in Windows XP to transfer a file? I have tried the -f option and pointed it to the file on the c: drive but I get an error saying the file cannot be read or opened..... Can you help? Thanks very much, David.
