Re: question 2, adding the v option prints
filenames as it goes:
# Sending end
tar –vcf - /path/to/sourcefolder |
udp-sender
# receiving end
udp-receiver | tar –C
/path/to/destfolder –vxf –

Subject: [Udpcast] Multiple file
transfer
Hi,
I am
working on Multicast Download using Windows
Version of UDPcast application. I want couple of
information on UDPCast tool.
1. Can we transfer multiple files using single command line from
sender?
2. Is it possible to identify the Name of the file being transferred at the
reciever end?
Thanks for the help in advance.
Thanks and Regards,
Prasad
