Hello,
I'm a student at the Turin Polythecnic (Italy) that has been assigned to
upgrade the boot infrastructure in a didactic laboratory.
We use UDPcast to clone machines and PXE to boot a UPDCast image to
start the sender and the receivers.
First, I created an initrd with your cast-o-matic, with the attached
options (Cast-o-matic.pdf), where you can notice I checked "full
featured shell", and "reboot after success".
But when I tried a data transfer with this image, it finished
successfully but said reboot was not found. What can I do to fix this?
If I press Alt+F2 and type "reboot" it works fine so I cannot understand
what is wrong. I also attach screenshot of this (that happens on both
sender and receiver side).
Could you please help me?
P.S. In the bootloader page, PXE section the kernel image is not the
same as the parentheses suggests (6.1.55, the one also generated by
cast-o-matic) but an older one (5.10.83) so I had to extract it manually
from the boot disk generator .deb file.
