[Udpcast] udpcast wibdows version

Hi,

I tried to download the executable windows versions of udpcast receiver
and sender from http://udpcast.linux.lu/exe.html.

Unfortunately, I could not download them since the links seemed not to
be working.

Can anybody fix it ? 

If not, are the sources of udpcast receiver and sender  portable ? That
is, can I compile the source under Windows without any problems ? Which
steps are required for a successful compilation ?
