[Udpcast] problems with boot disk

This is a hack:

You take any bootdisk you want, f.ex. the CD from www.knoppix.com (or you
search the internet), then you compile udp-receiver statically, gzip
it, put it on a floppy and then you can boot from <whatever>, mount the
floppy, execute udp-receiver.
